Warranty Policy – TechForGood UK
What this warranty covers

All devices sold by TechForGood UK are backed by a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty.

This manufacturer warranty is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA).
Your statutory rights (always apply)

If a product is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, your rights under the CRA apply regardless of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Within 30 days of delivery: you can reject faulty goods for a full refund.

After 30 days and within 6 months: you’re entitled to a repair or replacement; if that’s not possible or fails, you may be entitled to a price reduction or final right to reject for a refund.

These rights are against TechForGood UK as the retailer and cannot be limited by this policy.
Manufacturer warranties

All warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer, not TechForGood UK.

Manufacturers may provide on-site support, collect-and-return, or depot repair depending on the product and their terms.

Some manufacturers require product registration to activate or extend cover. If applicable, please register according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Exclusions (manufacturer warranty does not cover)

Accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, neglect, unauthorised repairs or modifications, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, consumables and normal wear and tear (e.g. batteries within expected cycle life unless specifically covered), or issues caused by third-party software or peripherals.

Compatibility with other hardware or software is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product description.
How to get help
If you believe your product is faulty:

If the fault arises within 30 days of delivery, contact TechForGood UK at returns@techforgood.co.uk to exercise your statutory right to a refund or replacement.

For faults arising after 30 days, you should contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim.
