Delivery & Shipping Policy – TechForGood UK
We want your order to reach you quickly and reliably. This policy explains how we handle delivery for consumer orders placed through our website.
Standard delivery

Orders under £500 (including VAT) are shipped at a flat rate of £6.99 (including VAT).

Orders over £500 (including VAT) are delivered free of charge.

All delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery times

New products: We aim to dispatch most new product orders placed Monday to Friday within 2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Refurbished products: Delivery can take up to 14 days, depending on stock availability. If we expect a delay beyond this, we will contact you promptly.

Unless we agree otherwise with you, all orders will be delivered within 30 days of your order being accepted (as required by UK law).
Special or oversized deliveries
If your order contains large, heavy, or unusually difficult items (for example, items over 40kg, requiring delivery above street level, or specialist equipment), we may need to provide a separate freight quote. We will always give you the quote before your order is confirmed.
Delivery address

All items will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout.

Orders cannot be split across multiple delivery addresses in a single checkout.

We are unable to deliver to Post Office (PO) Boxes. If a PO Box address is provided, we will contact you for an alternative delivery address.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@techforgood.co.uk. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Receiving your delivery
We ask that someone is available to receive and sign for your order during normal delivery hours.
If no one is available and delivery fails, our courier will normally leave a card with redelivery instructions. If redelivery is required due to circumstances within your control (for example, incorrect address given or no one available at the agreed time), a reasonable redelivery charge may apply.
Failed delivery and cancellation
If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to rearrange delivery or process a refund. If you decide to cancel your order after a failed delivery, your statutory cancellation rights still apply (see our Returns Policy).
Digital products
Electronic products such as licences and warranties are delivered by email and do not incur a delivery charge. Please note that cancellation rights for digital content differ (see Returns Policy).
